On this page you will be able to download a copy of the complete VFI Application Form with instructions.
This file requires that you have Adobe Acrobat Reader. To get the latest free Adobe Acrobat Reader for your specific platform - follow this link to Adobe.
The file size is ~120K and should just take a minute or so to download depending on your internet connection speed. You can then print a copy on your local printer.
A non-refundable application fee must accompany each application.
VFI reserves the right to reject any application.

if you are UNDER 18 years of age at the time you fill out the VFI application there is an additional form you MUST download and submit: UNDER 18 Consent and Agreement form - (PDF, 23K) - as of April, 2008

IMPORTANT - When you have completed the application forms and before submitting them to the nearest VFI regional office - you MUST make an extra copy of your medical forms, your insurance card, the insurance waiver, and the photo page of your passport. You must take all of these documents with you to Israel.
